My Perception about Insurance Course...

 Honestly..,I was shocked when I was offered to further degree in Insurance.This is because before this I am from diploma in accountancy, it's quietly different compared to insurance..That time i think i shouldn't to further my study in insurance, as i think insurance course has no value, has no future,that my first impression about it..
Moreover, that time I still working contractually with Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Bhd for two months..When contract end, the company will renew the contract based on our performance.If my performance good and give satisfaction to the company, the HR Department said their company easily will absorb their temporary worker to permanent..That time i think to show my performance to that company well without further my study, for me it's my chance to grab it..
 Most of the permanent employees here are average at 35 age above, so they said it's actually very difficult to get permanent job here especially new employees, except that we have working experience is about 2-3
 years., apply for certain position like executive, that's the degree level..So i think if i don't further my study, i have limited chance to get the better job, better position..I asked my colleagues about this offer, all of them ask me to continue my study. They said that's my chance to get the better job..One of them tells  me about my senior manager's education., she said she's from degree insurance and finance..
After that, my perception about insurance is startlingly change , i want to be like her, an educated manager, proactive and can act as role model...Now already three months i study in insurance, actually it's very interesting although there's a little bit problem related to this course..For me, insurance is one of the risk management methods of handling risk.Everyone has their own risk,so that my good chance when i accept this offer..,thank you Allah..Normally, every that we perform, there are challenges beside it,  so be prepared for everything and continue our effort well....
